Co. Curricular Activities
At Lalji Mehrotra Lions School, we prioritize the holistic development of our students, nurturing their curiosity and self-esteem. We offer a diverse range of activities and experiences, including Dance, Vocal and Instrumental Music, Arts and crafts, Table tennis, Chess, Home Science, Theatre, Public speaking, leadership Training, Badminton, Quizzing, and more.
Art & Craft:
We believe that art is a silent poetry that emerges from an artist's soul, while craft reflects the essence of culture. Our students are encouraged to explore their creativity through weekly Arts and crafts classes.
Sports
We partner with PLAYSPORT ACADEMIES to provide structured physical activities such as Cricket, Football, Athletics, and Karate, instilling discipline, camaraderie, and values in our students. We take pride in our state award-winning Girls' Volleyball team, coached by our in-house sports educators. Our facilities include a cricket field, a football ground, volleyball courts, and athletics tracks. Additionally, our students engage in Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Badminton, Table Tennis, and Chess.
Music
Music is akin to nourishing the soul. All our students study Music as a subject until class VIII. They learn in a well-lit room equipped with various musical instruments, guided by a trained Music teacher.
Dance
We offer instruction in various dance forms, from Classical to Western, and both girls and boys enthusiastically participate. They learn intricate movements and delve into the deeper meanings of shlokas and songs.
