Admission

At Lalji Mehrotra Lions School, we strive to fulfil our mission to impart quality education to all children of all strata of society without any sort of discrimination. Our aim is to ensure a fair and transparent admission process for all.

• 1. Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to class vacancies
• 2. The School Management has the discretion to grant admission and prohibits any attempts to influence the process.
• 3. Parents can apply online or offline by filling out a Rs. 1000/- admission form
• 4. Issuing the admission form does not guarantee admission.
• 5. Admission is confirmed upon submitting a complete form with required documents along with the 1st quarter fee and PDCs of remaining quarters' fees.
• 6. Admission is provisional until all necessary documents are submitted.
• 7. Nursery to Grade I require both parents and the child to visit the school for an interaction. For Grade II and above, a level test and interaction are conducted.
• 8. 25% of seats are reserved for students under the Right to Education Act in Grade I.

• As of date age criteria for admission to classes Nursery to II will be based on age criteria as follows:

• The admission form must be submitted along with the following documents:

• A. Admission Form Payment Receipt.
• B. Self-attested Birth Certificate of the Child – Original and Photocopy.
• C. Self–attested Aadhar Card Photocopy of the Child and of both Parents.
• D. Self-attested Address Proof of Parents (Electricity Bill, Rent Agreement)
• E. Medical Form duly filled and signed by the Medical Officer.
• F. Original School Leaving Certificate. (as and when received)
• G. Previous Class Report Card (as and when received)
• H. One Post Card size family Photograph.
• I. Two passport-size photographs of the child

• In case of withdrawal of admission, admission fees and some administrative charges will be non-refundable depending upon the individual cases.
• On the Parent’s request, the school provides other services like transportation, uniforms, books, etc. These services are optional and borne by the Parents.
• The Bus stops and routes for the year 2026-27 would also be almost the same as displayed on the website with minor changes taking into consideration the new admissions, withdrawals, and other administrative requirements

• Parents may pay fees quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, if so desired
• All payments for new admissions as well as for existing students should be paid by due dates i.e., 10th March, 10th June 10th Sep, and 10th Dec along with PDC.
• All payments for new admissions as well as for existing students s+hould be paid by due dates i.e., 10th March, 10th June 10th Sep, and 10th Dec alongwith PDC.
• Please mention the full name of the student, the standard, and the contact number behind the cheque.
• PDC for all 4 quarters may also be deposited to the school at the time of taking admission.
• Any fees paid for a student is not adjustable against other student.
• In case your cheque bounces you will be required to pay the Fee in cash along with the bank, administrative and late fee charges of Rs. 750/-
